Personal lines: Inside Personal Lines sales agent - This is an inside sales position where all sales leads are provided.

Commercial Lines: Inside Commercial Lines sales agent - This is an inside sales position where all sales leads are provided.

We will train you - if you have verifiable two years of personal lines experience and quality sales skills.

  Your sales ability will be demonstrated with the associated products lines for that position such as Auto, Home, Motorcycle, and other personal lines products. In commercial lines your sales skills will be demonstrated with products such as Auto, Property and General Liability. All agents are provided with company-generated leads from throughout the state of California. No cold calling is necessary. Our company offers a competitive commission compensation structure. There are no charge-back commissions. Our benefit package includes medical, dental, vision and life insurance coverage.

  REQUIREMENTS
  Applicants must meet the following requirements:
 
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and dependable
  • Fire and Casualty license is required upon completion of training
  Preferred qualities, but not required:
 
  • Personal Lines: One years experience in insurance inside sales.
  • Commercial Lines: Two years personal ines experience preferred, but we are willing to train the proper candidate with little or no commercial experience.
